Who We Are

Since opening our doors in 1985, Tariff Data Systems (TDS) has helped hundreds of ocean carriers worldwide with publishing tariffs and FMC regulatory compliance.

In 1998, the Ocean Shipping Reform Act (O.S.R.A.) brought on changes in the U.S. liner shipping policy that allowed TDS to seek an opportunity to utilize a new wave of technological advances. We joined forces with experts in software development and developed Tariff Link™, a comprehensive, online tariff management system.

Our tariff management web application is easy to use and fully compliant with FMC regulations. We have staff ready to offer customized solutions and assist you in maintaining FMC compliance with all your required publications.
